sbfashions @ikreminskiy I feel like I made the mistake of putting five star seller in my title and a few ladies out of spite gave me a four star rating with no feedback and no reason when they got brand-new boutique items that were perfect and extra nice gifts it's just a shame especially when they were wrapped with personal cards and everything but of course they didn't give me any feedback because there was nothing bad to say and it's just unfortunate

But I've given five stars that there's nothing I should need to change… It's other ladies who have been spiteful not me ha ha and have left nothing I don't like to solicit feedback per rules but it is rude and people don't leave anything as to why they gave the rating they did if it's not five stars.😶

sopaigesays I've been going through similar situation with two buyers. They put in claims against me for items that left me in perfect condition. it's been weeks on one and still have not heard back from posh. I am not only out my money but a beautiful dress a buyer ruined so they could have their cake and eat it too. so sorry you've had scammers too! it's sad not everyone is honest ❤️

sbfashions @sopaigesays really sorry to hear that… I recommend contacting posh Mark another time piggybacking on your old response apologize for doing so much tell him it's really important to you to get this right in the future and that you're willing to take any ideas they have but are happy that they're backing you up and are counting on them to do so. I think it is absolutely fine to let them know that you still have not received a refund it can take a week plus in my experience

sopaigesays @sbfashions both my claims were approved on the buyers side even though I provided comments and photo evidence of the item leaving well. There is no real backing for a seller which makes me truly not want to sell on here anymore because of the dishonest people.

I wouldn't blame you for wanting to look elsewhere to sell. However I'm happy to help and if you continue to sell here I would recommend either more photographs for something like this where you keep your buyers a little bit more on the hook for their honesty from the back…

Try hard like you do up front and don't feel like a snob or a jerk if you want to check out their profiles, see what time they were last on Poshmark, if they're open or closed about who they are...

Ha! and that she had to "fiddle with it "and I am really frustrated! And there are also two other girls that just out of spite gave 4stars, didn't review, after a bunch of 5star sales

sbfashions A meme^ It's harsh but it's real and I think it has to be done I'm really sorry about what happened to you and I wish I could do more but when I went to posh Mark they basically just a short me and I slightly scripted bank trying to be nice way that the stats are private and that I basically shouldn't worry about it and I felt it was a bit dismissive but yet what else can I really do. They've got people lying to them every second from both sides and it's really hard to tell sometimes.

sbfashions I've had people scam shoes a lot so I'm not really going to sell shoes anymore unless they're the ones that I'm finishing selling and then I'm not going back to it. I feel like handbags are in that category as well, just going to sell jewelry&mystery boxes for a while and see if that helps me.

sbfashions But again that the girl complained about the jewelry and it was perfect when I sent it to her she just untied it and then realize she didn't know how to adjust it. That does not deserve taking away a star but those are the kind of people you get. Again my best advice is just to keep her three strikes list or a one strike list and when people miss behave don't serve them again it really stinks but it's your store and you can do what you want.

sbfashions @canarygreen also my last piece of advice is to include more dimensions and more measurements. I neglected to do that when I first put up items because I work for an exclusive online boutique and we sold brands like Philipp Lim 3.1 and Alexander Wang and real garments that were $500 or more Mackage leather jackets etc. i'd send out boxes of clothes one order would be $4000 to Germany with customs! And it would just be a few pieces of clothing.

It's amazing that gals for under $10 think they have the right to complain and cause a problem over something bc they don't like themselves! Not to mention when it's clothing, what happens if we get something back in unusable condition like with make up/perfume and that happens all the time

canarygreen @sbfashions Thank you. I put a sports bra on $3.00 w/ bundle. PM allowed the sale alone. I made .5 cents! Well not really. I had to print label and ship so I lost. But, point being...it was a medium sport bra. The straps are one size. It was her body size that did not fit the bra. And I sent so many extra'a to be nice. She gave me 2 stars and said need to improve! Crazy! Thank you very much. I will keep looking at your info. I will keep sharing you!😛

sbfashions I spend a lot of time energy and love wrapping these items for you and giving you extra is that I know NO others have EVER given me. I've spent hundreds and thousands of dollars on Poshmark and never received the level of service from anyone that I give. So I highly advise you not to buy here if you don't like excellent service giftwrapping or love then don't buy here!!!

sbfashions PS I will no longer be selling to anyone whose profile I can't see/who has not been using Poshmark for longer than a month on a mostly blank looking acct/does not respond to my tags questions or answers and then sends a low ball offer later, nor will I be selling to anyone whose profile does not allow commentary. Anyone who is an honest buyers should have a profile where people can communicate with you. I respect privacy but this is different!!! Thanks! 🖤

sbfashions @canarygreen see it happened again to me today! I'm changing shop policies because too many girls like you have told me it's happening to them more often and I'm tired of it. If it makes me sound like a hard a** then so be it! My profits dwindled since I've become more generous sending all of these gifts to people who are not grateful it's taking a bit of a toll on me. Everything I receive is not wrapped no tissue very few have personal notes, know PM says not to rate poorly, I don't!

tayladsangster @sbfashions I completely agree although I didn't advertise 5 star rating, my last package shipped was perfect, just as described..included a free blouse and coordinating nail polish nwt, and a nice thank you card..but still received a 4 star rating which was the first one ever, all others were 5 star, and she waited 4 days to rate me and left no explanation of why she didn't feel it was a 5 star. I try not to take it personal but I work hard to make sure all buyers are 100% satisfied ..

I have NOT done so twice when things came to me damaged and I just didn't rate it at all...sent a note to seller that I would not purchase from them again. I'm dealing with someone like that right now and I will be blocking this person after I receive items but most things I get don't come wrapped at all and Los don't have a note and I don't think I've gotten more than one or two gifts and I've spent hundreds and thousands of dollars on here

I had someone I sold a brand new iPad case to rate me 3 stars for cleanliness because some of the glitter from the tissue paper used to wrap it in must of came off on it. Another one wanted to play tot for tat and wait to release my funds becuz in that event I didn't ship immediately due to my auto immune condition flaring up 🙄I only complain if an items not as described or shipped very late without communication. Smh

starstealingurl I also add notes to all of them and wrap in tissue paper . Sometimes I enclose a extra gift. A lot of ppl on here are miserable & someone's got to take the brunt of their "misery". I've had issues with dishonest sellers too who have outright lied about condition of items and I have spent enough $ on items to get them sloppily thrown into a box without any note. Any time you buy or sell on here you are taking a big chance. Sorry it's been bad for you . I get it.

sbfashions @sfpatterson some jerk offered me six dollars on the sunglasses I've had up that used to be in the 20s price point I lower them down a lot now to try to move them through and he offered me half of what I have them up for reduced already more than half! So I countered with what was already an uncomfortably low counter to me and he sends back the same exact first offer so I just hit decline and I'll never deal with that again

sbfashions @starstealingurl i've bought as you said items for up over 60 and $70 like LOL leggings and they just toss them in a dirty envelope and send them and it's like really you had to get your price plan on that and we couldn't budge on the margin of 3 to 5 dollars on something that you're not going to spend even 30 seconds to mail to me nicely? It's pretty bad and I hope that the extra money they're making feels worth it because I wouldn't be able to sleep at night

I can't really afford but I have to get some money coming in. My granddaughter has some really cute things in her closet that are not moving and she is practically giving them away. 😩

All she had was one item which I shared and profile photo and small comment 😮 I told her you can’t delete and just blocked her.. I am like you too sick for Drama 😩

marygk56 @sbfashions I had one bad review and I had sold her three designer dresses for a vet, very good price. She complained that one dress was dirty and gave me one star. No mention of the other dresses, plus they were all new and never worn. I ended up blocking her. I did not want to sell to her again. I also have disabilities that make it hard for me to leave the house. Posh makes me feel like I’m doing something positive. 🌈💫

sbfashions @marygk56 myself perfectly clean and wrapped them with love and send them with a gift in the know and everything as always. She gave me I think three or four stars or less I can’t recall but definitely docked me and said I am cleanliness and wished I had grabbed it correctly that there had been stains on the front and wished she had known before purchase and I thought OK?!? It’s hard because a lot of people just kind of think they can use that excuse

It’s a real bummer and I absolutely encourage people to stand up for themselves with it so if you’re right to not sell to them again and keep your quality standards high and if you have a bad feeling about someone reserve the right to cancel their order and for whatever reason you feel

ashleahodges @marygk56 As I’m reading everyone’s comments I can totally relate too all ! I think it happens to all of us , I try to go above and beyond with the way I package wrap and leave a thank you note . Everything in my closet is PRE-OWNED AND LOVED.Thus far I’ve received all high ratings .I sold a BRAND new pair of boots with all the tags NEW for half the price and the buyer complained they fell apart the first hour of wearing them ! It’s unfortunate!

22scampy @sbfashions me too. I was in cosmetic sales and Lancome was big on GWP. I always wrap well and spend money to buy ribbons and tissue paper to make the unboxing experience better. I always send a thank you card but most sellers don't. I accepted a lowball offer for the first time this weekend. My Posh money is what I live on the last week of the month. (After all, Social Security sucks!) The lowball lady? She got a NIB product as I posted, beautiful bright wrapping, thank you card, but no GWP.

22scampy @sfpatterson that's what I'm doing because after working my butt off in an extremely demanding male-dominated industry 40+ years, Social Security just isn't enough. It upsets me when someone gives me a ridiculously lowball offer. After all, ladies, this is a small business and I'm not giving it away. Some buyers do not "get it."

kgr1030 @sbfashions no worries, I am typically on here several times daily & I tell all of the poshers that like things or start a bundle to give me a shout when they are ready. I dont like to push anyone but do suggest things. I have one that is so very sweet & buys at least 2-5 items a month if not more & she sells too so I take good care of her.... I just love seeing her in my closet! 💕💕💕
