Closet Organization Hangers: Scarfs, Belts, Ties, etc. Personally, I used these interchangeably for scarves, belts, and ties. I don’t want to toot my own horn, but I was the teacher awarded many student made home-ec ties. I can imagine you can use it for costume jewelry storage, shoe strings, or just about anything.
