Closet Clear out!!! 30 days to Clear everything out.

I don't want to rant on here, but I desperately need to sell everything. Today I just received a notice of termination of tenancy from my landlord stating I have 60 days to move out, for no reason. We've lived here 5 years now and they just raised the rent about 2 months ago, no biggie, that's life. And now since he can't raise the rent quick enough (another $300)to what other places are going for he's kicking us out. He did the same to our neighbors a couple of months ago, saying family was going to live there. I should have seen this coming. Well anyways, I have to get rid of everything and all proceeds will be going towards finding a new place to live (1st months rent and deposit) So please help me out and send me offers. All offers welcomed and appreciated.
