Cloisonne-look burgundy china cat figurine

Beautiful, small piece with an Asian feel. Floral design in rose, blue, and purple accent with metallic gold on variegated burgundy background. Cat is 4" long by 2 1/4" wide by about 2 1/5" high. Small white area on right side where color is off; not sure if this was a manufacturing flaw or wear from storage. Hallmark on bottom looks like "FF." Please see picture for details.
