Clip dot white long sleeve sheer front tie top 3XL

White semi sheer long sleeve clip dot tie front top. Size 3XL from shein but it runs way smaller, especially in the arms. Fits more like a 1X or about size 16 in my opinion. So cute for so many different looks!
