Clio Petites black, silk organdy skirt size 8P

Never worn, black pencil skirt has a sheer silk organza overlay with beading and embroidery in varying shades of pink and purple at the hem. Since the brand is Cleo Petites, I assume it is an 8P but the tag states a size 8. Please see photos for actual dimensions. The only flaw I can see is at the side seam where a stitch or two of the embroidery has unraveled, which I have tacked down with very fine, transparent thread so it doesn't continue to run. There is also a light spot in about the same location. See last photos for the flaws.
