Skin exfoliating treatment new in box ( the foil packet containing 40 sterile cotton balls has been opened but looks as though none were taken out and maybe someone just wondered what that bag contained which I didn’t know when I bought it. It’s wrapped up tight and rests in one spot of box as with the 2 30ml bottles of solution, one for the actual treatment which is applied with the cotton balls and other bottle being a neutralizi solution you apply as second step. Comes with instr sheet. I don’t see any expiration date on box or bottles, onl som stamped numbers which don’t seem like a date. I can’t tell for sure if the bottles have ever been opened but they look full and intact.
