Cleveland Police 🚔 Size: XL. 90s Windbreaker for the Cleveland Police Athletic League. Good condition! When I found this piece the zipper was completely corroded and wouldn't budge, but I was able to fix it and now its working great! There's also a couple of spots on the inside mesh, pictured.
