Cleobella long sleeve mini dress

Such a cute dress! Got this long sleeve mini a few months ago and wore it once in the Caribbean (it’s cotton and so lightweight!) and then once in NYC with thigh high black suede boots and it was perfect! You have to steam or iron the pleats to get them to stick up after each wear. The sleeves are bubbly and have elastic at the ends so you can push them up a bit and let the sleeve poof out.
