Brand new without tags. I bought this dress about a year ago to wear for my birthday, and made the mistake to take off the tags before I tried the dress on; the fit was too loose for my petite frame. I am 5'3" 105 lbs and a 30A and the XS is a little too chesty. The dress hits roughly 6 inches above my knee. Unfortunately I was not able to return the dress as I had removed the tags. The dress is GORGEOUS and I am so upset that it didn't work out for me. Hopefully one of you can rock it for me!
