Cleo white dramatic sleeve dress, size 2X

Worn a couple times for photos. Hemmed to petite length, actual length as shown in first three photos. Lined. Sleeves have netting to hold shape. Fun, dramatic look! Tag in dress says medium; however, this was purchased from a plus size boutique - the medium is basically a 2X. Loose size fit between 14-20 depending on build. Photos show dress worn on woman, size 14 bottom, 14/16 top Tiny spot on back of dress at neckline by button closure.
