Clear Glass Bird Paperweight Blue Accents

This little art glass bird is mostly clear with a blue swirl accent in its belly. It’s about 3” tall. No chips or cracks, but it does have minor scratches. It has part of a sticker left, but I don’t know the maker. 12-4
