boopboutique The two jackets with hoods are sold. There was a glitch in PM's system and it doesn't read "sold" but I'd be willing to work with you on the NWT Torrid jacket with lace sleeves.

boopboutique @nek ya. I'm not sure why PM has that particular glitch. It's happened to me maybe 8 or 10 times. My items look available but are not. I've emailed them but never heard back. I'll try again. It's bound to cause me problems in the future.

nek @boopboutique yes I would email again. They usually respond within 24 hours.. I’m currently having issue right now been waiting for a package since the 17th don’t know if it’s PM, USPS or seller just know I’m irritated on not knowing and my money taking for something I haven’t received. And I buy stuff at least every two weeks

boopboutique @nek I've been having A LOT of problems with UPS NOT tracking or not sending the tracking to PM so PM sends me notice after notice telling me to "ship the item(s) and reminds me how many days that it's been that I haven't. I am sore that this puts me in very poor standing with PM itself. I don't know what to do except respond each time with, "I've sent it and I'm. It sure why it's not being tracker as such."

nek @boopboutique keep communicating to buyer and complain to Posh.. we pay $6.49 for package to be tracked and delivered so o would defiantly have sealer and buyer file complaints

nek @boopboutique it’s a business and they make 20% so they need to be involved and assist and make things smoother...sellers and buyers need to make sure PM is aware of any issues and if no response keep on them. Don’t let them take your money is the way I see it.. they want good ratings and ppl to continue to use the site then they need to fix ANY issue.. other wise word can spread rapidly and ppl can use other sites to sell and buy items on
