triadpc7605 this is a facsimile signature, not an authentic signature. $40 raw card in mint condition, probably a $25 in its current condition.

triadpc7605 @pmyers2732 correct, which means it's not an actual live "wet" signature, so you should update your listing to reflect that it's a facsimile signature (not an authentic one) so that an unsuspecting buyer won't mistakenly have buyer's regret. Same with the Manny Machado SIGNED rookie card, should update the listing to say "not authentic signature, facsimile signature".
