waist is 16in flat with some stretch likely jr. large as it's a shorter more youthful cut in the length. for steampunk it would look amazing with a top hat and tall boots (I didn't have the personality,but would be cute) zip on inside,side to open and get in easier lace back navy satin line stretch with and black velvet floral total length neck(back) to bottom 33in. smoke free home no cats have Labrador dogs so hair, but we are a clean household no kids. if washable will wash before shipping if dryclean we will let you decide how you want that done. we don't have a reliable cleaner in our new town.
