Classy Vintage Lace midi formal semi formal dress

Reposhing this item I purchased from @scarletyd. It’s so feminine and unique, but a bit snug in the arms for me. This dress is tagged XXL, but is a modern L or size 12 in my opinion. Please see measurements in pics! Please note that there is a small 1.5 inch tear in the lace on one of the arms that could be easily mended with needle and thread! Questions? Leave a comment below!
