Classy Red and Black Printed Dress

I absolutely love loved this dress. I've worn it to a wedding and special events and for a "cheap" dress it's very cute and classy. The waist ties in a bow in the back. I'm a short girl, only 5'-2" and the length is perfect. For someone very tall it would be very short. Other than that it's great. No rips or stains.
