Classy Red Dress <3

Classy red dress. This dress has a material at the bottom that holds the ruffles beautifully. I was unsure how to measure, but 25 inches is measured from the chest down and the 31 inches I measure from the highest point down. New with tags, originally $199. All of my dresses listed I would recommend dry cleaning, they’ve been sitting in my closet for a year. I’m sad to have never worn them, but I gained a lot of weight on my life saving depression meds. It’s a blessing and a curse, but I hope you consider buying!!! <3
