@yorkie7 www.yorkierescueofamerica.org we take in dogs from high kill shelters and owner surrenders. It's amazing how many end up in the pound. We also have a FB page.

@clothed_minded1 ooohhhhh I'm a fellow Yorkie owner and lover!!! I just lost my first 2 last year, a month apart!! They lived a wonderful 13 years!! I adopted my current 2 last October and they fill my life with so much joy!! I will check out your website!!

OH....MY.....GOSH!!!!!! That is hands down the CUTEST DOG EVER!!! I have ALWAYS wanted one but my husband had to get a German Shepherd. I also have a "hot dog" who is adorable. But these Yorkies get me every time!!

Ohhh. I love the fact I am finding Poshers who have Yorkies. Never knew about Yorkie of America. My little guy was dropped off for sitting & never had his owners return. He was a gift for a girlfriend of a friend. It didn't work out between them but Tucker made his way into our lives. I wish poshmark had more of an elaborate site for all of us dog lovers/fashionistas/survivors of illness/hobbyists and ppl with like minded interests to communicate better with!

@yorkie7 I think it's called Yorkie rescue of America @clothed_minded1 mentioned it in your comments. I had the name wrong.😜 typical me. Yeas my guy is 3 now. I think 16 is verrrry long. I have heard of 14 but that's a long life. They are darling babies!

@savymommanista the rescue is Yorkie Rescue of America. We are based in Los Angeles. You would be shocked at how many pure bred Yorkies are dumped at the shelter. I'm glad that we are all finding each other on PM.
