Classy, Chic Tahari Arthur S Levine Sheath Dress in Beautiful Royal Blue

This dress is a vibrant Royal Blue (pictures do not do this any favors!) color. Very classy and chic - with notched collar and zipper accents at the hips, both front and back. Hits just below the knee for a very professional look. I always felt like a million bucks wearing it! Size 18W - very gently used - minimal signs of wear.
