frenchfifi65 @violettesb Hello, sorry for the late reply, I was out of town and wanted to double check. There are no shoulder pads, there are the snaps that allow you to connect the shoulders to a bra strap though which is very nice. This is such a great brand. Thanks for asking!

frenchfifi65 @vandough98 It is a snug fitting dress and fits slim through the waist and hips on down. Because of the make of the fabric and style of this type of dress, it is definitely smaller than a 12, I would say between and 8 and 10, if that makes sense.
