Hi there, does the jacket run large for a 10? Looks like the skirt runs a lil small for a 12. Does it have any stretch? And does it fit like a high waist?

@laurenmdunning the skirt fits at waist. it is 100%wool. I’m a 36D and jacket fits perfect. I got the 12 in the skirt as I felt the size 10 skirt ran small
