Classic sheath dress

It’s a classic meets avant-garde vibe with bright color blocking on a sheath dress that will breathe (cotton/ramie), keeping you cool this summer. The top brightly colored blocks draw the eye upwards. I think it is from 1980’s and has very thin shoulder pads which help balance out one’s hips. It’s in great condition.
