Darling bishop dress from Classic Whimsy; size 2. Pink and white gingham dress its hand smocked bodice that features puppy dogs. Puffed short sleeves are elasticized around the bottom to give a ruffled edge. Buttons in back. 100% cotton. Overall fantastic condition other than a couple faint spots at bottom right hem.
