Classic as it gets. Gray 100% wool two-piece suit. Size 8. Fabric has a very subtle vertical Herringbone pattern. Both pieces fully lined. A-line skirt hits just below the knee on me. Jacket has a Nehru collar. Shorter style. Top button is the only one visible; the rest are behind a hidden placket. Interesting shoulder detail with slight padding. Breast pocket still has its original basting.

nancyzorn @everthankful123 Suit photo was taken in bright light. Color is closer to charcoal gray. Measurements taken flat. I took 3 measurements at the shoulder: 14 1/2" from innermost seams, 16" to the outer edge of the shoulder detail, & 17 1/2 to the edge of the shoulder pads (which are not big but give the sleeve some shape. Length difficult because the hem is curved. I measured in the center of the back from the bottom of the collar seam to the hem: 19" .

nancyzorn The skirt: Waist 13" . Length 27". Hips tricky because the skirt has gathers. According to the measurements, hip runs from 22" - 23 1/2"

nancyzorn @everthankful123 I just checked the waist on the skirt. The button could be moved but that would only give an extra inch. Thank you for looking at my closet.
