niccihack @tlkenny1976 No rips nor tears. All the zippers work great. There are slight natural color variations in the leather from use (I added some photos). I just conditioned, polished, and buffed the leather and it looks super healthy! I bought this bag 15 years ago thinking I would use it as a purse and just ended up storing my portfolio in it so it has never even seen the light of day.
