Classic Brown Wooden Wall Clock with Pendulum

This VINTAGE German made clock m, which was built in 1930. The clock does not work; I love old antique and vintage pieces: however, the clock it doesn’t fit with my decor any longer, unfortunately. So, I went to an antique store and I asked the gentleman there who handles clocks, is it normal for clocks built back in the 1930s to be working today. He said that is 100% common. He also mentioned you could always have the problem diagnosed and try to repair the clock yourself. M
