Halter top, with a cross chest, elastic waist and mid thigh bottom - the comfiest formal dress ever, but can totally be down played casual - so versatile, a closet staple LBD - would recommend for a size small — I cut off the tag because it was uncomfortable but I promise it was bought at BCBG for my friends bachelorette party
