Gorgeous mushroom grey leather boots from Clarke. They're so comfy, but after wearing them for one day, I realized I needed a smaller size. FYI: the zippers work much more smoothly when they're on your foot/leg than when you just test them out.

harvest53 Pictures look more brown than gray, is mushroom gray more in the brown hues?

piet0137 @harvest53 yes it is a brownish grey. It goes with all colors because of this. They definitely look dark grey, and I don't think people would say "I love those brown boots". However, they grey has a brown lean to it.

piet0137 @joaniecaudill they had the dark mushroom color on the bottom around the edges of the toebox and between the ball of foot and heel. I wore them once to teach school. The calf is now too tight for me.

piet0137 @bmeyer737 I would say they're fitted. They were small on me when other regular calf boots fit me. I also have them in a beautiful caramel color that I have worn only a few times (and they don't fit me either now)

pbusi Do you normally wear an 8? I wear a 7 1/2 in other brands . like Naturalizer .. according to Clark's shoe fit guide 7 1/2 is the size I need but the 8 is just a little bit longer ..My concern is that it would slide up and down on the back of my.heel. ? did that happen with you ? I read online that Clark's run big..
