These are ballets flats with a little extra cushioning - why wear the flat flats when you can have memory foam to absorb the shock? Clarks Collection Jenette Ease slip-on flats in black leather. Purchased online and I was guessing at my new post-partum shoe size. Well, it wasn't this one so I only wore them twice to the office and now they're in EUC and are ready for a new home. Size 8M but I find the toe bed to be narrow, so watch out if you run a little wide. The footbed is very comfy! The color on Macy's website said black leather, and the description said leather and man-made upper; I suspect that only a small patch at the back heel is genuine leather and the rest seems synthetic.
