theexcessorizer @alexandriafaith hey! I just uploaded a video. The longer strap is the whiter one. I ordered it long after I had the bag, so it's also possible that Clare V's version of "cream" changed a little over time. If it helps, I am an 18/20 & never actually had to use the longer strap (but ordered it thinking I might want the option).
