CityChic gorgeous retro black dress 14/16

This dress was worn once on a cruise. It is fully lined and pretty heavy weight. Looks amazing on a plus size woman, so flattering. You can wear the top off the shoulder if you want. Hidden pockets! The hemline is longer in the back and on me it was just at the knee in the front. Narrowest part of the waist is about 36”. Bust is about 40” measured around the armpits. Smoke free home and it is clean with no damage. It is marked as a 14 but I am a 16 and it still fits fine.
