City triangle Dress

Size medium black with ivory sash and black lace and tulle. This dress is a pullover dress with sleeves that look like a little over coat. All attached to lace bodice with light lining under it ruffled bustling. A line skirt with lining a tulle that shows just below the hem of the outside fabric.
