City chic peblum flutter sleeve top size large (20) like new

This top has not been worn. It is freshly laundered. It is too big so I never wore it. Adorable peblum style which is very flattering. V-neck back as shown in picture. Very lightweight and comfy, but it does cover up your upper arms!! Black background with peach and green flowers!! So cute! Smoke free home
