City Triangles Navy/Tan Striped Dress

Navy blue and tan striped dress. Solid navy blue offset siding. Structured fit'n'flare style. Zip back. Very stretchy throughout except waist, which has little stretch. 31" Bust (I'm a 34C for reference) and 28" Waist. Length 31". Has tiny string belt loops on sides of waist. Size 3- fits like an XS/S. Excellent condition.
