Strapless dress by City Triangles with a heart shaped neckline and gray and white stripes. The gray has a small hint of blue in it. It has belt loops but doesn’t come with a belt. It has a little bit of padding in the bust area. Approximate measurements: armpit to armpit 17-17.5 inches, waist 15.5-16 inches, and length from center neckline to bottom 26.5 inches.
