City Triangles Floral Lace Summer Mini Dress

Cute and light mini dress for spring, summer or any occasion - I believe originally from the ModCloth website. The top is made of a beige lace and has a lightly padded bust and hook and eye closures down the front. The attached skirt has a mint, pink, and bright green abstract floral print throughout. The dress is new without tags - never been worn. It never fit me right - the straps are too long on me, would need to be shortened. Details: - Fully lined - Lightly padded bust - Hidden back zipper - There are belt loops but belt is not included - I don't believe there was a belt when I got the dress but you can style it with any belt you have. The size on the tag says 5, which is about XS or S based on the measurements. The material does not stretch.
