City Triangles Black Cocktail Dress

Worn once for an event. No stains, marks or tears anywhere! Gorgeous dress. Black "scrunched up" look on the bottom. Black lace strap wraps the front waitband and up to the shoulder strap. Single shoulder strap, emblehsied black flowers with sequins in the middle of each. Ruffled fabrics on the chest piece. Says size 9 but from measurements it is closer to a 4 or 5 around the waist.
