City Studio Empire Waist Dress Dusty Rose Beaded USA This is a City Studio empire waist dress in dusty rose. It's a great party dress. The way it's embellished with these large beads it reminds me of something Egyptian that Cleopatra would wear. Of course it's not because it's made in the USA but had it been around in her day I think I could have sold it to her lol It ties in the back and is lined.
