City Chic white off the shoulder plus size dress

I loved using this dress for my engagement photos & bachelorette party! Held up well but the bottom has some fraying. It’s not very noticeable but can easily be altered if you know how to hem. Has lining inside and feels supportive. Worn with and without a bra!
