City Chic Black XS/14 black shirt dress. This dress is very flattering. It gathers in the front to give you a defined waist. There is elas in the back, so it is very forgiving and comfortable. It is a lightweight dress and 3/4 sleeves. I have worn this with wedges/flats in the spring or tights and boots in the winter. Passing on so someone else can get some wear out of it.
