City Chic Strapless Black and White Dress

I have adored this swingy, tule-lined, tea length wonder dress since the moment I tried it on. It cinches perfectly at the waist and contains very flattering bust stays. I loved dressing it down with boots and a white tee underneath, with a bold lip. It just doesn't have a place in my current closet, so I would love someone else to take it for a new life! No stains, wear, or tears, just memories and twirls.
