City Chic Blue Flutter Sleeve Romper

This romper is sweet…but if sweet could smolder. 😉 It’s crepe, but a very sturdy crepe. It has a very vintagey, pin-uppy fit and if you e ever worn a dress or romper from City Chic, you know they do “fit” really really well. I can’t provide pictures that do it enough justice. Worn once but definitely should have sized up. Size 20.
