City Chic 18 casual, red and white dress

This is a cute kind of sailor type dress with a stretchy T-shirt, like cotton top, and a cotton woven bottom, blended with elastine for stretch. This is a great casual summer dress give you that pulled together look, would look cute with sandals or converse. Only worn a couple times. I’m 5 foot 8 and it hits me around my knee. And look at me! I managed to not lose the belt!
