C’isa black wide leg skirt pants

These pants have seen some amazing nights! Size small, waistband measures 13” flat but it does have elastic on the back of the waistband. Two 38” long ties attached to each side can be styled many different ways! Does have shorts on the inside. Wide leg part of the pants is in an angle so each leg is different. Inseam measures 26”. Has pockets!!
