Cirque Colors nail polish features non-toxic, 10-free formulas that are also vegan and cruelty-free! Pebble is a sheer beige-pink nail polish with fine black specks. This speckled polish is made with irregular-shaped flake pigments to give it a unique, spotted finish. Shake well before use as particle settlement may occur. For best results, apply base coat, 2-3 thin coats of nail polish then finish with top coat. Purchased this color by mistake and forgot to return.
