sunfeinuo @melissac615 no there is no damage and it is from a smoke free home. The only thing is there's a bit deformation as you see.. I don't know how to fix it...

melissac615 @sunfeinuo The deformation looks like they were maybe stored for a bit & had something on top of them? Have you tried to wear them? I have had 2 pair like that & I got them both off Posh. All I did was stuff them full of recycled paper, (like packing paper) & left them like that for a couple of weeks before I wore them. Hope this helps! 😊
