Interior features one zippered pocket in one compartment, a slip pocket in the other compartment and a storage compartment on the middle with snap closure. Strap measures 55” and has an adjustable.buckle. There are a couple of extremely light dot sized marks as shown in second to last photo and a couple of marks on the strap as shown in last photo. I zoomed in but they are even more minor in person. Likely from storage as I only used this once, maybe twice
