Circus Brand Retro Fit and Flare Black Star Dress

Absolutely adorable Circus brand fit and flare dress, with sheer flutter overlay. I am listing as a side 4 because I believe this is a UK size 8. I generally wear a UK 12 in this brand and tend to be a US size 6, and this was slightly tight for me. I wish so much that it fit because it’s stunning! Measurements: C 34” W 27” L 33”
