Cinq a Sept Greta dress black size P, 0 or 00

Cinq a sept Greta dress. Cap sleeve, waist cutouts, v-neck, pencil or bodycon style skirt. I love this dress but it is just a smidge tight on me. I’m usually a 0 in DVF or 00 in J. Crew dresses. I have never worn it, but again, I purchased without tags. Color- black Size- 0 Bust measures approx 13” laying flat.
